Live Class 

Join a live broadcast class where you can see the teacher. In this type of class, the teacher cannot see you, but will still guide you through a yoga class safely and enjoyably.

Interactive Live Class (Group) 

In this type of class, you will join a small group of students for an interactive class. Just like a regular, in person class, you can see the teacher and the teacher can see you, allowing for a personalized experience. Kids are welcome to join you/hang all over you as you practice.

Private Virtual Class

Treat yourself to a one on one class where you can see the teacher and the teacher can see you. Enjoy a rejuvenating class with lots of personalized attention. Email support@zenmama.ca to book a class.

 

No need to get dressed up or leave your home. Regardless of the pile of dishes in your sink, the laundry scattered around your house, or how many kids will be hanging out alongside you, we will come to your home and bring your yoga practice to you.

Bring Your Own Kids Yoga!

You don't have to decide between spending time with your kids or going to yoga. Bring them along with you! Kids are welcome to practice along with us or socialize with other mini yogis while mama gets her zen on.
